Shipping Information
All orders for Spiritual Landing are placed via the online Spiritual Landing Website. Once an order is placed your items are reserved while payment is taken via PayPal or Shopify, these are secure and safe, third party payment systems. Once payment is received by Spiritual Landing your order will be packed and shipped within 1-3 days.

Where do we ship to?
Spiritual Landing is based on the East Coast of the United States of America. We send to all over the USA, Canada and the UK, as well as Worldwide.

Shipping Methods and Shipping Times
All our products are shipped using USA Shipping Companies.  Most orders in the USA arrive within 3-5 Business Days.  Shipping outside the USA please contact us to confirm shipping times. Shipping Costs will be calculated at checkout.

Do I need an account with Spiritual Landing?
You do not need to create an account to purchase items.

Why do we use PayPal?
PayPal is a fast and secure way to send and receive money without showing your financial information. PayPal is a convenient way to pay for goods online and is recognized worldwide. PayPal is a third party payment system that allows you the customer to make secure internet payments and us the vendor to collect money easily and without problems. Your PayPal account is linked to your credit card, debit card or bank account. In this way the customers can pay quickly and easily without disclosing financial information.

Loss or Damages
Occasionally packages get lost or damaged in the mail, if an item arrives damaged, please notify us immediately providing images of the damaged item and we will provide a replacement or offer a refund after reviewing the situation. 

If your order has been lost during transit and it is covered by the appropriate insurance, we can make a claim on your behalf for a reimbursement of the cost of your order. Please Note: This process and reimbursement can take some time.

Privacy
All details provided by the customer to Spiritual Landing will only be used to contact you in relation to the order you have made. Spiritual Landing does not sell or pass on any of its customer details to any other organizations or third parties. Your email may be retained and used by Spiritual Landing to notify customers of new stock arrivals and specials. If you do not wish to be contacted via email, please let us know and we can delete you from our email list.
